 I want to show you how to take real care of yourself by following your own authority, and do it without guilt, shame, or spending a fortune.

Now let me tell you who this course IS for!

Do you give of yourself so much that there's nothing left for you? Do you feel guilty when you do take care of yourself? Are you over stressed and overwhelmed? Maybe you just have a feeling that you're missing something from your life that connects you to what's REAL. Something tangible, which could make you feel cared for? Even loved? In spite of the world going absolutely bonkers?? 

Self-Care 

Look, I know "self care" is a buzz phrase that may or may not mean much to you. But let's be real. Something has to CHANGE. It's not about taking bubble baths and getting pedicures anymore. This is real stuff what people are going through and you need more. And no one is gonna do it for you. Some of you--if you don't start caring for yourself soon, things are gonna get even worse. Others of you, maybe you do know what works for you. But you just don't have the motivation to pull it off, or you just need a guide to get started.

For those folks who are quitters…like going to the gym for a week only to say, “Where’s my perfect body?” and then stop working out because you don’t see instant results. This may also not be for those who are more comfortable identifying as a victim rather than moving their vibration to becoming the victor.
