Allow me to facilitate your growth and help you reach the goals that are locked inside of you. Available either face-to-face or virtual. I knew that I wanted to get my license in professional counseling when I realized that as a school psychologist for over 20 years, I was not able to give the personalized care to others on the scale that I knew was needed. Many people, young and those young at heart, are in pain right now and need a safe way out. Some people are needing a guide through the jungle of life to discover the best version of themselves. It is a great honor to hold space for those who are willing to intentionally walk their path and do the work. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other exciting modalities, I invite adolescents, adults, women, and those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma to allow me to walk this path with you to gain greater understanding and affect personal growth and change.
